Everyone who’s looked into protein supplements for a good amount of time knows that Quest bars are the gold standard of protein bars. They have one of the lowest carb/fat to protein ratio. They’re not loaded with sugar like some other products so if you’re looking to gain lean mass, this is the one for you. I always buy these in boxes every once in a while for the value, and because I know I’ll finish the box.
